Tipical aperitif of the Franche-Comté region, the Guignolet Kirsch is a ruby red coloured beverage. Fresch and light, it is exclusively developped with sweet cherries and griottes. It is obtained by maceration of these cherries, rigorously selected, in alcohol and Kirsch. The name "Guignolet Kirsch" comes from "guigne", which is one of the species of cherries that is used is its preparation. Our Guignolet Kirsch contains 15% alc./vol. I can be tasted at the aperitif time, without ice cubes, fresch, or with Kirsch, Gin, or Vodka Grizzly Premium. This aperitif has obtained the bronze medal at the International Fruit Brandies and Liqueurs Contest of Metz (France). |
