The marc de Bourgogne is a strong, aromatic, and tipical alcohol.
It comes from the distillation of the pomace of the grapes harvested in Burgundy (Bourgogne, in French). Grape pomace consists of the rest of the pressings of grapes during wine making: they are the skins, stems and seeds.
After the distillation, the Marc de Bourgogne ages in oak barrels.
We advise you to enjoy it as a digestive. It can also be used in cooking.
