Raspberry brandy is a delicate alcohol with a refined taste just like that of the berry from which it is made.

This brandy is only obtained by soaking followed by distillation. 1.6 kg of fresh raspberries are required in order to obtain one 70cl bottle at 45% vol., i.e., 5 kg of fruit in order to manufacture 1 litre of pure alcohol (1 litre at 100% vol.).

It is best appreciated young, within two years after bottling.

To be fully appreciated, it should be served cooled, between 6 to 8° in a chilled glass as this brings out the fragrance as well as the smoothness of the raspberry.




It can be used as an ingredient in excellent cocktails and long drinks. It is also used for making fine chocolates and in confectionery.
