The oldest distillery of Fougerolles, founded in 1811, is located in the center of the kirsch city.

We propose you a complete visit.
You can discover the craft of the distiller through our still room, our maturation storehouse, the bottling and the conditioning part.
We especially present the revival of the famous absinthe which recipe is kept secret, direct heritage from the founders of the LEMERCIER distillery. Let yourself be guided in this age-old environment where all your senses will be solicitated.



 

You can continue this visit by our garden, elaborated with a lot of care. You will discover 5 000 wormwood seedlings, as well as 40 varieties of aromatic plants. Some of them enters in the manufacturing of our alcohols (for example, our pastis La Bleue and Abisinthe)
It’s the most ludic visit that is proposed to you.
